Darius Lahoutifard is the creator of Infinite Sales® and the founder of MEDDIC Academy. Since 2017, MEDDIC Academy has been a school for sales and leadership training for tens of thousands of executives at tech firms such as Google, Amazon, Salesforce, Cisco, S&P Global, and many startups and scaleups. He is also a serial entrepreneur, and former executive at industry leaders such as PTC and Oracle.
At PTC, he accomplished something exceptional. Leading the team at PTC France, he outperformed Dassault Systèmes in its own territory — France. While PTC was enjoying legendary global fast growth, it had never beaten the IBM–Dassault alliance globally. Under Darius’s leadership, PTC France broke that pattern, growing from $4M to $27M in just three years with a team of 150, and surpassing Dassault in France in 1995.
Trained as a robotics engineer, Darius made a bold leap into sales and quickly rose through leadership ranks. At just 28, he became CEO of a Schlumberger subsidiary, managing a $10M business.
Darius holds a Master’s in Robotics Engineering from École Centrale Paris , now Centrale-Supelec, (ranked first in entrance exams) and a Certificate in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University. He is a published author, patent holder, and guest lecturer at the University of Washington and the National Defense University.
